Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with original packaging and tags intact. An unboxing video is required as proof of condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right. An unboxing video is required for damage claims.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
